Consumer dispute resolution

Baymity is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless a specific legal obligation applies.

Responsibility for content and links

Baymity is responsible for its own content under applicable law. User listings, ratings, messages, and other user-supplied information remain the responsibility of the person who submitted them, subject to Baymity’s statutory duties after obtaining knowledge of specific illegal content.

External links are provided for convenience. Baymity does not adopt third-party content merely by linking to it. If Baymity becomes aware of a specific unlawful link or content, it will assess and act on it as required by law.

Unless stated otherwise, Baymity’s original text, design, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Reproduction or commercial use beyond statutory permissions requires prior consent. Rights in user content remain with the relevant user, subject to the licence in the Terms of Service.

Suppliers may download, print, and share the flyers, QR codes, and message templates provided through Baymity's promotion tools to advertise their own Baymity listings. This permission covers the Baymity branding included in those materials for that purpose. It does not permit misleading alterations, an endorsement claim, use for an unrelated business, or infringement of another person's rights. Supplier duties in Section 5 of the Terms of Service still apply.
