Let your parking space talk for itself.
A flyer by your bay. A link saved for the next visit. Small introductions can help your parking space find its guests.
Baymity
Someone heads downstairs to take out the rubbish or do the laundry. Another resident wheels a bicycle to its dedicated parking area. A neighbour walks past on the way to their car.
Beside your parking bay, an A4 flyer catches their eye:
Visitors coming? There could be a space for them here.
Scan to check available times, prices and book through Baymity.

Example details only. This sample QR opens the promotion tools, not a parking listing.
Your offer has just made an introduction.
You did not even have to be there.
Baymity’s promotion tools help you create that flyer, complete with a QR code and a readable link to your space. With permission where needed, place it on the wall of your parking spot, somewhere easy to notice and scan.
The route to the rubbish room could become the route to your next booking.
A resident might have no use for that space personally. But a few days later, their sister calls: “Where can I park when I visit?”
They remember the flyer. “Someone downstairs offers a space. Let me send you the link.”
That is how your offering can become known around the building: people notice it during an ordinary day and remember it when someone needs it.
For friends and neighbours you already know well, share the link when it fits naturally into the conversation. “If your family ever needs parking, you can check my space here.” Give them something useful to save and forward with their next invitation.
Another quiet introduction.
Your WhatsApp status or Instagram story can make another quiet introduction. A clear photo, a short message and your direct booking link are enough:

Refresh the story occasionally when you have availability worth sharing. Baymity’s ready-made messages give you a starting point; a few personal words make it yours.

Some guests may already be waiting for news.
After an unsuccessful search, a visitor might have confirmed a Baymity alert for new listings near your building. If your new offer meets the alert criteria, they can receive an email about it; visitors still check their dates before booking.

Let me know when a spot is added
In the guest search, choose “Let me know when a spot is added”, enter your email and consent, then confirm the email from Baymity.
One email when a new spot is listed at your requested address, even if access coordination or sign-in is required, or a freely accessible, account-free spot is added within 500 m of that address. We save the precise address for this alert. Valid for 90 days after confirmation. This is not a reservation or a promise of availability.
Open the guest searchGive them a reason to come back.
Once someone finds your space, let the experience support the introduction. Keep the calendar current, explain access clearly and make arrival straightforward. A useful first booking gives a guest a reason to save your link for another visit.
Start with one flyer beside your bay. Share the link with people you know. Give your offer an occasional place in your status or story.
The next time a neighbour’s sister needs a space, the flyer is already on the wall and the link is already on their phone. Your space has made the introduction, and the booking is ready before anyone has to circle the block.
